Divorce and family law matters are very personal and can take an emotional toll. Our goal is to provide accessible and affordable legal representation to clients so they may move on with minimal financial and emotional effects.
Litigation is often not the answer with family law matters. Most disputes may be resolved in an amicable manner while achieving fair and just results for both parties. However, some matters will require litigation, court appearances, and even trials when the parties are not amenable to resolution. We maintain a very active court appearance and trial schedule and truly enjoy trying cases.
While full representation is always recommended with any family law case, we also offer flat fee services for many family law projects for clients interested in minimizing their legal expenses.
We look forward to speaking with you about your potential family law matter. Please call or email any time so we may set up a consultation and discuss a plan of action for your specific situation.
